Our Employers Liability Insurance Policy provides protection to
employers for their legal liability (under Common Law), for
damages
and claimant’s costs and expenses of lawsuits filed by an
employee.
This policy covers your legal liability towards your employees in
the
event of bodily injury and/or disease arising out of their
employment as specified per current legislation and at Common
Law
for a limited amount of Rs. 100,000,000 for any one event as
follows;

To pay
to
the employee injured at work a remuneration for the first
two
weeks of temporary incapacity

Liability in excess of any compensation provided by the
‘Contribution Sociale Généralisée’ (CSG)

Medical
Expenses up to a limit of Rs. 4,000 per employee per
claim
