- You can claim up to a 2 loss events during the validity of this insurance.

Basis of settlement
- In the event of a total loss, we will pay the replacement cost of the item (or, if not readily available, then an item of equivalent but limited to the sum insured.
- The insurance period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is not covered?
- Damage caused by any process of cleaning, drying or bleaching, restoring, servicing or preventative maintenance, repairing or renovating, or deterioration, repairing or renovating or deterioration arising from moth, vermin, insects or mildew, or any other gradually operating clause.
- Loss or damage due to misplacement, misuse, reckless, abusive, wilful or intentional misconduct associated with handling & use.
- Unexplained losses or disappearance.
- Loss or damage arising out of any pre-existing conditions.
