Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Ltd is subsidiary of Allianz Group, we became a fully-fledged company on 4th May 2021 following the acquisition of Jubilee General Insurance Limited.

Jubilee Holdings was incorporated in Kenya in 1937. In December 2019, the company split in to three  composite companies ( Jubilee General, Jubilee Life & Pension and Jubilee Health).

 Allianz and Jubilee Holdings limited saw an opportunity  to come together to transform the short-term insurance industry in the East African market by combining their strengths. The partnership is in line with our effort to reshape our footprint across Africa and gain leadership position in relevant markets, offering us immediate at-scale entry into five East Africa countries. This partnership fosters growth across these markets by delivering innovative solutions and superior quality service made possible by the combined expertise of both organizations.


Through this partnership, Jubilee Allianz aim to jointly develop insurance markets across East Africa, leveraging Jubilee’s deep regional knowledge and Allianz’s global expertise and capacity. Jubilee Allianz aims to increase insurance penetration in the region by offering superior customer experience, to be achieved through development of products and services that address true customer needs and provides first-class tailor-made insurance products to suit individuals and corporate needs. We deliver a range of general insurance  products to more than 100,000 customers.

The Kenya Association of Travel Agents is the national umbrella body for Travel Agents in Kenya, with a growing membership of over 240 Travel Agencies. It is Kenya’s largest and only membership organization for travel agents. KATA transitioned from a society to a company limited by guarantee in 2018, providing more space for growth and defending the travel trade.
KATA is a member of the Universal Federation of Travel Agents’ Association (UFTAA), Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), Kenya Tourism Federation (KTF), and African Tourism Council (ATC). It also hosts the Secretariat of the Association of Eastern and Southern African Travel Agents (AESATA).
